Finally, a trade fair again - Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne.
Home office, social media recruiting, digitalization, corporate health and future to work were the main topics at Zukunft Personal in Cologne.
What does the #workplace of the future look like? Which new tools help in #recruiting new employees and how do we ensure good cooperation and a productive #work atmosphere?
Through many interesting conversations and introductions to new exciting technologies, we have taken away many highly interesting approaches and creative ideas for us and our service.
But one thing is very clear to us after this trade fair:
Despite all the #digitalization, our work is still ultimately about the individual #person with his or her wishes, qualifications, talents and many soft skills, which even the best algorithm can only recognize to a limited extent.
Digitization can of course support and accelerate one or the other! But it can never replace personal conversations and encounters with people.
That's why, even after this trade fair, we are convinced that it is not the digital process but the personal encounter that will ultimately determine whether a candidate is a good fit for the company and the job.
Personal contact with our candidates is and will remain the central point of our work and will continue to be our "MCG DNA" in the future!
