From July 18-20, 2021, Dr. Christian Grams - CEO of the Munich Consulting Group - as initiator of the PEAK-PERFORMER once again invited top providers from sports and business to the annual PEAK-PERFORMER event in the Kitzbühel Alps, where networking and doing good together were the focus.
The highlight was the ceremonial handover of a donation check for €10,000 by the two initiators Dr. Christian Grams and Manfred "Manni" Bender to this year's PEAK-PERFORMER sponsor, Olympic champion Matthias Steiner, for the Mannheim-based association Kinderhospiz Sterntaler e. V.
PEAK-PERFORMER is the network for top performers from sports and business with the aim of passing on personal experiences and values through jointly defined initiatives. The PEAK-PERFORMER program is designed to allow participants to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere, without the pressure of a tight schedule.
The mixture makes the difference. About 50 participants were introduced by moderator Tom Meiler on the first evening in an informal and relaxed atmosphere in the form of entertaining and informative individual interviews. During the subsequent dinner at the Maierl Alm, there was time and space for personal conversations with familiar and new participants.
On the move together.
After the joint breakfast, the sports program began. The participants had the choice between a guided mountain bike tour with e-bikes and a round of golf together. The mountain bikers started in two groups - the trail fans and the endurance lovers - directly from the Maierl Alm. It went up to the Hahnenkamm Kitzbühel and versatile trails down. According to the PEAK-PERFORMER DNA, "Live and experience the community".
The golfers were chauffeured to the golf course by drivers in an Audi fleet. With a fantastic view of the Kitzbüheler Horn, not only Florence Schelling and the Bender twins put in a good performance at the joint golf tournament. And the most important thing: everyone had fun. Doing good together.
After the sports program, all participants were driven to the Ochsalm, where PEAK-PERFORMER initiator Dr. Christian Grams presented the newly founded PEAK-PERFORMER Foundation. Afterwards, the professional athletes present, such as the Bender twins, Matthias Steiner, the Huber Buam, the reigning multiple kickboxing world champion Dardan Morina or the former ski world champion Michaela Kirchgasser, offered interesting insights into the life of a top athlete during the "summit talk" with moderator Tom Meiler.
The crowning conclusion resulted from the Charity auction (among other things E-CoffeeCruiser of the company MC E-Bike) during the common Alm Dinner, whose proceeds of 38,000 € went in the further course of the evening with a portion of 28,000 € to the PEAK-PERFORMER donation and in the form of a 10,000 € cheque to Matthias Steiner for the Mannheimer association child hospice star talers registered association was presented.
