StepStone and GEHALT.de create therefore transparency: The salary report 2022 gives orientation to salaries in Germany. In order for job seekers and companies to find each other, both sides ultimately need the right information.
Interesting insights into the average salaries of many sought-after occupational groups, broken down by factors such as work experience, training and industry. Over 5,000 employees in Germany took part in the current study.
The gross average salary* is currently 51,009 euros. The highest annual salaries are paid to doctors (78,317 euros), sales staff (62,379 euros) and management consultants (62,119 euros).
