MCG forms strategic partnership.

Digital education combined with a passion for people: The personnel service provider MCG Memmingen GmbH and INU - Innovative University Cologne become strategic network partners.

The successful personnel consultant / personnel service provider MCG Memmingen and the team around the two managing directors Michael Haas and Dr Christian Grams have entered into a strategic partnership with INU - Innovative University of Applied Sciences: As part of the new partnership, MCG Memmingen has not only become a co-shareholder in INU -Innovative University AG, but rather an important strategic network partner, which is an exciting win-win situation for both sides.

"MCG brings together highly qualified engineers, technicians and, above all, specialists and managers from a wide range of industries with interesting and innovative companies. Based on many years of experience in the HR sector and a personalised consulting style, we support companies and qualified specialists in filling vacancies or helping them to find their dream job," explains Managing Director Michael Haas.

And this is precisely the basis of the joint network partnership with INU - Innovative University. "Thanks to this partnership, our students and future graduates of all INU degree programmes will have direct and personal access to a large number of well-known companies, which will open up interesting options for starting a career and exciting career paths," adds Prof. Dr Marcus Pradel, Chairman of the INU Supervisory Board.

The INU offers innovative and 100% digital study concepts and sees itself as a "New Digital Learning University". With the help of the INU app, students can complete their studies completely digitally, which gives them maximum flexibility and mobility without time or space restrictions. Nevertheless, personal contact between students, lecturers and the INU does not fall by the wayside. As an additional option, students can also take part in two to three face-to-face phases at the INU campus in Cologne each semester, which focus on personal contact and group dynamics, but which can of course also be attended remotely

or participate in digital spaces, explains Dr Dirk Bernhard, Member of the INU Executive Board. All of this and much more makes the INU, as an innovative university, a broad-based and interesting network partner for the economy.

The industry portfolio, as well as the range of qualified job offers for career starters and prospective specialists and managers that MCG contributes as a new strategic INU network partner, is very diverse. Dr Christian Grams, Managing Director of MCG Memmingen GmbH, emphasises that two extremely innovative partners have come together here, who bring exciting potential to the partnership on both sides, from which great added value will arise. Dr Grams refers to current MCG job vacancies, all of which could be filled by qualified INU graduates: "In southern Germany, for example, we are looking for Human Resource Advisors, for which graduates of psychology or business psychology are particularly well suited, or Business Development Managers in Munich, for which graduates of international business administration would be particularly suitable".

"An important goal of the strategic partnership is to develop the diverse options in a long-term and sustainable manner so that INU students and future graduates can make valuable contacts in the business world and with potential employers very early on in the course of their studies," explains Prof Dr Ute Gartzen-Wiegand, President of the INU.

Conversely, the MCG can offer its corporate clients new options for long-term personnel development and specific personnel growth. In conjunction with the INU, it can also offer innovative and sustainable paths for management and employee qualification, which can increase staff satisfaction and mutual loyalty. With its 100% digital concept, INU is ideally placed to offer MCG customers company-specific training and qualification programmes that are independent of time and place.

Thanks to the new INU co-shareholder MCG Memmingen, the INU approach as a New Digital Learning University can be ideally combined with MCG's passion for people.
