SSR - Performance that deserves its name!
With our customer SSR Performance, we were able to experience an incredibly exciting weekend at the Nürburgring!
Michael Ammermüller and Mathieu Jaminet delivered a thrilling fight and a terrific race for the ADAC GT Masters championship until the end. In the end, only four points separated them from defending the title! Congratulations anyway to the ADAC GT Masters Vice Champions - what a success!
SSR Performance does not only stand for successful motorsports, but also for high performance and competence in automotive matters.
The young and dynamic SSR Performance GmbH, based in Munich, was founded by Stefan Schlund as an exclusive automotive company. For the company, which in its day-to-day business takes care of repairs, maintenance & service of sports cars and classic cars of all brands, motorsport is an integral part of the still young group of companies.
After moving into a new High Performance Automotive Center in the north of the Bavarian metropolis, which has seven floors and around 10,000 square meters of floor space, the first full season in the ADAC GT Masters 2020 was on the agenda for the motorsport department of SSR Performance. This was immediately rewarded with Michael Ammermüller and Christian Engelhart winning the drivers' and team championships, as well as the team title.
Stefan Schlund, Managing Director of SSR Performance GmbH from Munich, emphasizes: "For us, our involvement in races with GT sports cars provides an excellent stage to demonstrate our expertise in motorsport and the sports car sector derived from it."
